Getting Started

Getting started in mealworms is pretty darn easy. When we first started I bought 500 mealworms from a pet food store put them in a plastic container and fed them. A month later I had pupae and a couple of weeks later our first beetles. The timing was right as it was spring and the temperature was right. We have raised quite a few mealworms since then. We have also learned a lot but we are still learning.
